Job Title: Data and Evaluation Analyst
Location: Huddersfield, Flexible and home working available
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Fixed Term, Full-time for 6 months for maternity cover, may be an opportunity for permanent (Part-time proposals also welcome)

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience of data and evaluation management who can shape and deliver their strategy for managing and analysing data and to report their impact globally. Although this is for a fixed term period to cover for maternity leave the company continues to expand and therefore there may be a further opportunity to develop and use your skills in other areas of the business. Ideally suited to someone who has experience, ready to progress within this field and wants to join our great friendly, forward thinking team.
Working alongside their energetic team you will help communicate complex data simply and powerfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative data across our range of programmes
- Regularly extract and analyse online platform data
- Review current evaluation methodology and provide clear recommendations to improve content, data management and reporting quality
- Develop and oversee robust offline and online evaluation processes
- Review and update the data management policy to ensure continued compliance with GDPR and current privacy standards
- Provide international project partners with reach and impact insight data. Communicate effectively to ensure maximum uptake
- Work with the brand and communications team to enhance existing visual reporting formats and develop new ones
- Use key software proficiently to maximise data and reporting outcomes
- Investigate into data to identify issues and patterns
- Liaise and present to international partners via video calls, email & via service desk
- Manage master data spreadsheets
- Produce monthly & quarterly reports of data
- Manage service desks – read tickets reported by markets, replicate issues, pass on to technical partners, communicate with clients
- Be the point of contact for international clients and delivery partners for data related matters
Person Specification:
- Proven expertise in data management, evaluation, and reporting
- Experience in investigation, troubleshooting and problem solving
- IT and software experience, including specifically Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Survey Monkey and Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting, presenting and exporting
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to User Acceptance Test courses as they come online
- Great communication skills including confidence to communicate internationally with a range of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- An interest in arts-based education and social development
