Job Title: Data and Evaluation Analyst
Location: Huddersfield, Flexible and home working available
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time (Part-time proposals also welcome)

This is a new role and a great opportunity for someone who has experience of data and evaluation management who can shape and deliver their strategy for managing and analysing data and to report their impact globally. Ideally suited to someone who has experience, ready to progress within this field and wants to be bring a new skillset to a great friendly, forward thinking team.
Working alongside their energetic team you will help communicate complex data simply and powerfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, interpret, and present quantitative and qualitative data across our range of programmes
- Regularly extract and analyse online platform data
- Review current evaluation methodology and provide clear recommendations to improve content, data management and reporting quality
- Develop and oversee robust offline and online evaluation processes
- Review and update the data management policy to ensure continued compliance with GDPR and current privacy standards
- Provide international project partners with reach and impact insight data. Communicate effectively to ensure maximum uptake
- Work with the brand and communications team to enhance existing visual reporting formats and develop new ones
- Use key software proficiently to maximise data and reporting outcomes
Person Specification
- Proven expertise in data management, evaluation, and reporting
- IT and software experience, including specifically Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Survey Monkey and Excel
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Great communication skills including confidence to communicate internationally with a range of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- An interest in arts-based education and social development

- £25k – £30k depending on experience
