Job Title: DACH Region Business Development Manager
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK
Salary: £30k – £40k (neg) Basic plus uncapped commission
Job type: Full Time – Permanent (Flexible working/ remote working available)
We have been offering our own branded storage products in the Enterprise data storage space for over 25 years, being experts with the scale up and scale out NAS storage offerings. We are a Global organisation with over 500 employees worldwide.
About the role;
We are a rapidly growing business, looking for a DACH Region Business Development Manager to prove vital in our continued growth in the region. As well as also being multi-lingual (at least one DACH Region language plus English desirable) you will also need to be able to create pipeline generation and ongoing client relationship management. Focus on securing new clients and enhancing the opportunities we have with existing contacts. This role is based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, but would include travel to Customers in Europe. This role could be done remotely. We’re looking for energetic individuals who can develop and grow these regions.
About you;
- Highly Motivated individual.
- Previous experience in the IT or Technology industry.
- Ideally multilingual (Dach Region speaking; German/ Austrian/ Swiss/ Dutch etc).
- Keen Salesperson
- High quality presentation skills
- Creative, lateral thinker
- Familiar with CRM and Microsoft office.
- Able to travel to meet clients.
- Team player.
- Self-motivated.
Required;
You have strong business acumen to develop, lead, and close sales opportunities. Specifically, we are looking for a person that will:
- Identify, develop and close opportunities.
- Develop opportunities with existing customer’s base.
- Driving new customer relationships.
- Build a sales pipeline.
- Manage the sales cycle.
- Communicating new product developments to new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer support at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Understand the elements of storage solution (2 years’ experience ideally).
