What you’ll be doing:
- As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be Guardian’s eyes and ears to our ever-increasing customer base.
- You’ll be processing and resolving a wide range of customer enquiries.
- You’ll identify and understand our customer needs and provide a consistently high-quality service to enhance the customer experience and gain loyalty.

What we’d like you to have:
- Experience of working within a customer facing role either face to face or over the telephone
- Experience of working within a financial service regulated environment.
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent min. English and Mathematics
