Job Title: Customer Support Officer (Temporary Maternity Cover)

Overview:
An exciting opportunity to join a leading global organisation in the IT/Payments space is now available. Centrally located in the Manchester city centre with great public transport links available, ADVAM is looking for a 1st Line Support team member to join its established team of professionals, provide customer service and technical assistance to its customers.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling customer queries by email and by phone, raising tickets, providing technical support in an Agile environment with an ITIL aligned Service Delivery framework. Good communication is key as you will be required to speak with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, you will learn about our industry leading products/services and how to troubleshoot them for our customers.
Required:
- Customer service experience
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Qualifications:
Desirable:
- Database SQL Experience
- Experience of ZENDESK/ATLASSIAN/SALESFORCE
- Experience engaging with AGILE development teams
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management Framework
- Understanding of basic IT & Network principles
- 2+ years background in Electronics or IT Support
