Responsibilities:
- Answering and dealing with inbound calls
- Booking jobs on their in house Database
- Greeting and dealing with the public in the front office
- Organising same day with external companies
- Organising overnight deliveries
- General office duties
- Dealing with your own set of clients and following their jobs from start to finish
Candidate:
The successful applicant must be enthusiastic and able to work as a member of a team in a busy office environment. The role is primarily office based but they are an “all hands to the pump” company and the candidate will be expected to help out in all departments. The applicant must be positive and outgoing with a “can-do” attitude – they pride ourselves on customer service and going above and beyond for their clients.
The applicant must be familiar with Word, Excel and Email programmes and full in-house training will be given with their Filemaker database.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Morley. Core hours are Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1700 with an hour for lunch, however this could be altered to 0900 to 1700 with a shorter lunch for the right candidate. Overtime will be necessary and on an ad hoc basis.
