The Company:
ASGuk are a small integrated security systems company based in Gloucester, celebrating over 30 years in business.
The Position:
We are looking for a full-time customer support & service co-ordinator to join our team. We are looking for a local person who will help us sustain our continued growth and share in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers, seeking answers, and resolving problems
- Arranging site visits for remedial works, maintenance, and small projects
- Engaging daily with suppliers, engineers, and sub-contractors
- Providing an excellent customer experience
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in similar role within a service delivery industry (Heating, Electrical, Facilities Management or Security)
- Must enjoy liaising with customers and engineers
- It is essential that you are a great communicator, fluent in written and spoken English
- It is essential that you can take a proactive approach and have good time management skills
- You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and have a working knowledge of service management software
Package
- Salary £25,000 – £27,000 per annum
- 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
