About the role:
The role supports all areas of the Customer Success Team, working closely with all members of the team to continue to offer excellent customer service going forward. Providing the teams with assistance in supporting customer queries via the telephone, email and webchat services.
This is an opportunity to work in a great environment as part of a newly structured sales and marketing department with future opportunities of progression within the business.
Key duties:
- Communicating with our customers via inbound/outbound telephone activity and webchat services
- Monitoring inbound email traffic and diverting customers to webchat where applicable
- Support with training for the customers on all of our products and identifying potential leads for the sales team to contact
- Identifying customer trends which may improve the overall customer journey
- Keep up to date with product releases and updates
- On occasion supporting broader customer facing teams
About you:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to adhere to prescribed processes
- Must have experience dealing with B2B customers via telephone
- Ideally have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products
- Ideally have experience of using web-chat systems
- Ideally have experience of the UK mortgage market
