Job Title: Customer Success Manager/Technical Account Manager

Location: Enfield

Salary: Up to £45K basic, based upon experience + benefits & Competitive Commission Structure

Job type: Full time/ Permanent (Hybrid)

Specialising in managed services; spanning cloud infrastructure, Colocation & Dedicated Server services etc.

As your mission, will be to help create meaningful relationships with clients, build successful action plans and ensure services exceed expectations. You’ll utilise your excellent sales & communication skills, proactive nature, and with technical assistance from internal technical departments to drive business growth and deliver unrivalled customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and drive business outcomes and retention.
  • Be the point of escalation when issues are unresolved.
  • Be the voice of the customer and share insights with the business.
  • Provide customer reporting, host service reviews, proactively monitor renewal risk factors, customer satisfaction etc.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s objectives and goals, taking time to review account data and assist with developing strategies.
  • Negotiation of commercially sound contracts for new and existing customers.
  • Proactively seek new opportunities (up-selling/cross-selling, new business etc).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Customer Success/Account Management role.
  • Previous experience working within IT Managed Services industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated Self-starter.
  • Proactive Team Player.
  • Sales acumen to effectively present, demonstrate and promote solutions to clients.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations/events when necessary.
