Location: Northampton (The role is based in Towcester and you will need a vehicle to be able to travel to and from work)

Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 per annum depending on experience.

Job type: Permanent, Full Time. 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday 08:30am – 5:00pm with an hour lunch break.

Solventis Solutions Limited (SSL) is a small but profitable distributor of automotive fluid (coolants, lubricants and AdBlue) to the bus, truck and rail industries in the UK and Ireland. The company has recently been purchased by Solventis Limited and will be showing a turnover in the region of £20m this year.

The Role:

Solventis Solutions is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join their Customer Services team based in their modern offices in Towcester, Northampton.

The successful applicant will be joining a friendly established team where full training will be given.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receipt & processing of customer orders onto Sage 200 system.
• Daily stock takes – 3 UK Warehouses.
• Manage the ‘Customer Telematic System’.
• Dealing with customer queries & enquiries.
• Processing sales returns & logging them onto the non-conformance log.
• Manage customer calls daily.
• Work closely with suppliers through B2B Order Processing, inc. chasing & querying o
• Office administrative tasks as set by line manager.
