About the role:
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team based on the Chester Business Park.

About you:
You must have an outgoing enthusiastic personality, be a good team player as well as the ability to work under your own initiative and work efficiently as part of a team. You will be expected to have good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst remaining flexible, friendly, and courteous at all times.
Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and strong organisational abilities is essential along with intermediate to advanced IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). You should also be highly organised in time and task management, have a good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under customer pressure.
Previous experience of taking 80+ calls a day and order entry experience within a Customer Services environment is essential, as well as excellent written and communication skills with a minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) in English.
