Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £17,000 – £18,742 per annum

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

The Company is the UK’s leading provider of fleet incident management and specialist vehicle recovery. The Fleet Incident Management Team manage over 60,000 claims each year and are the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers.

Job Role:

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to expand their Customer Service team with ambitious individuals who have a passion, desire and a great attitude, resolving each incident with world class customer service. The company puts their customers at the heart of everything they do making their lives easier and taking the stress out of accidents. Their commitment to customer service is what sets them apart. The Candidate:

To be successful, you will need to be up for the challenge, with great listening skills, lots of empathy and the determination to go the extra mile for customers.

  • Resolving complex problems and able to build a good understanding of the services you will provide
  • A positive telephone manner
  • Confident with computers
  • A strong drive for getting it right first time
  • Good team-working skills
  • Identifying customer’s needs through communication and passionate customer service
