Looking for a Zesty and Vibrant Customer Service Manager to join our team.

About the role:
The Customer Service Managers role is to provide the highest quality customer service to new, existing and prospective customers.
- Handle and be the point of, contact for telephone and email escalations.
- Day to day support to a team of customer service agents.
- Administration and back-office support to a team of customer service agents.
- Liaise with service providers over day-to-day operations and be a point of escalation.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal departments.
- Support other business functions and internal teams.
- Ensure Customer Service KPI’s are achieved.
- Departmental performance reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of new contracts and services.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous leadership or Customer Service experience at team leader or higher level.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in providing and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Experience of working and be able to flourish in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Excellent PC literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites.
- Be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative and can be pro-active.
- Be able to lead and develop a team.
