Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Energy)
Location: Remote Working.
Salary: £20,000 rising to £21,000 once you have passed probation
Job type: Permanent, Full time. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 8.00am – 5.30pm. We believe in work-life balance and the importance of spending quality time with your family and having time to do things you enjoy!

What you’ll be doing/Who we’re looking for:
As an Energy Associate, you will be providing exceptional service by having brilliant conversations with our customers, you are in charge of Igloo’s customer experience and will drive our long-term success. You will be on hand to answer questions and solve problems through whatever media the customer chooses – telephone, email, or webchat! Heads up, our customers really enjoy hearing our friendly voices so the majority of your day will be spent on the phone putting a smile on our customer’s faces!
