Job Title: Customer Service and Ticketing Assistant
Location: Wimbledon
Salary: £8.50 per hour for every hour worked
Job Type: Full Time & Temporary (22nd October 2018 to 6th January 2019)
The company provides temporary event solutions, designing and delivering complete live environments for the most prestigious sporting, commercial and cultural occasions in the global calendar including events like Wimbledon, The Open Championships, Cheltenham Races, HSBC Abu Dhabi Golf Championships, USGA, and the PGA of America.
They are now looking to recruit temporary Customer Service & Ticketing Assistants for its iconic Ice Rinks in historic centres of England for a 14 weeks contract. Based initially in Wimbledon and after 4 weeks in the Hampton Court Palace, you will be the first point of contact to the customers.
Role Overview:
- Working on a 5 day on / 2 day off rota – including weekends
- Shared management of customer service for 4 sites by phone and email
- Shared management of the ticketing system for 4 sites – training will be provided
- Paperwork/Database Administration
- Supporting management and onsite managers, from your office base
Key Requirements
- Computer literate – Efficient in Microsoft Office – Excel a must!
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desired Experience:
- Customer Service experience in a call centre environment
- Use of Ticketing systems
This is a seasonal role requiring working weekends. Full training will be provided.
The candidate will have to manage their time efficiently to meet deadlines and have a proactive and positive work attitude.
Need full commitment to work the length of their events as well as weekends.
Working hours:
- Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday-Sunday, 10:30am – 6:30pm
