Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Salary: £18,000 – £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (Can be flexible)
The Group is the leading swimming pool retailer in the UK, and are looking to recruit a dynamic individual to help manage the group’s Customer Service and Service Department activities. The group is growing at a double digit rate in an industry that is going from strength to strength.
They are looking for someone who is motivated to make their goals and yours a reality and join them on their exciting journey. If successful you will be instrumental in the group’s delivery to customers from purchase and beyond.
You must be great with customers and driven to succeed. You will work in an environment where no day is the same and will be expected to be flexible and a team player, committed to driving towards a common goal.
Job Duties:
- Dealing with phone and e-mail enquiry for Service Booking
- Managing field engineers to ensure job booking in diary and parts ready
- Communicate with customers on service booking and feedback
- Provide Quotes to Customers and Follow up
- Undertake follow up on job bookings to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process Quotes and orders for Customer
- Deal with Warranty Claims
The Candidate:
- Good organisation and planner
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Strong customer service background
- Must be able to drive as office is in a rural location
- Training will be given
