We are a wholesale company based in Leicester, specialising in Vaping & CBD products. We are one of the fastest-growing wholesale companies in the UK. We are looking for a competent Customer Service Advisor / Order Administrator to assist with the operation of the wholesale side of the business.
The Role/Candidate:
Answering emails and phone calls from customers.
Processing orders.
Keeping track of all orders and making sure the customer is aware of any issues or delays.
Controlling customer memberships and payments.
The right candidate should have:
Outstanding customer service skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong organisational skills and extreme attention to detail.
A proactive and professional attitude, using their initiative to complete tasks and solve problems.
Effective communication within a team-based role.
Experience with Microsoft based programs preferable.
Knowledge of Vaping and CBD products preferable, but not essential.
