Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: Starting salary is £20,000 per annum plus eligibility to earn a monthly bonus of up to £150 after probation.
Job Type: Full Time – Working hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with an hour for lunch.

We are looking for…
We have an opportunity to join our Customer Service team who are responsible for responding to queries or concerns our customers may have with their products post-delivery.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive incoming calls and written correspondence from customers and respond to these accordingly. You will have experience in receiving customer complaints and seeing them through to the most satisfactory solutions possible, whilst adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
You will be able to demonstrate patience and empathy, employing strong listening skills to fully understand the customers concern, so you are best equipped to be able to respond to their issue.
You will arrange engineer visits where appropriate, taking ownership of associated administrative processes, letter writing, and updating trackers.
You will be competent in using word, excel and email, and have experience using CRM systems / databases to record customer information. You will be able to construct clear, concise and grammatically correct letters and emails.
The successful candidate will be a team player, have a friendly approach with a calm and confident telephone manner, and the ability to problem solve and manage their time well.
