We are now looking to recruit – SMART Metering Sales & Service Executives to join our team in Havant, which is located on the South Coast in Havant not far from Portsmouth, our offices are just a 7-minute walk from the train station. Contact us today to discover how we can support you.

Role Summary

The Verity Centre works with several organisations to support them with their business requirements.  This is particular role you will be working with one of our leading clients.

What will I be responsible for?

As a Sales & Service Executive Install Executive, you will be responsible for mainly making proactive outbound calls, but including some inbound support, with small to medium sized businesses to organise the scheduling of SMART Meter installation appointments.

This will involve:

  • Representing our client’s brand.
  • Using effective influencing & closing skills to books SMART Meter installation appointments.
  • Achieving Quality Targets.
  • Overachieving individual and team objectives
  • Updating accurately our clients’ systems
  • Take full ownership of issues, and to ensure timely, effective resolution.

We are looking for individuals that are:

  • Confident, persuasive, and highly motivated individual
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and overcome objections.
  • A want / wish to succeed.
  • Celebrate team success!
  • Be robust and tenacious.
  • Be focused and results orientated
  • If you have a background in SMART Metering it would help.
