Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Recorra, Unit 6, 30 Chartwell Road, Lancing BN15 8TU – Reliably commute or plan to relocate

Salary: £23,000 per annum + Bonus

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: 37.5 hours. Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm – or as the job requires

Closing Date: 14th February 2023

About the Role:

Within the role, you will be responsible for being customers first point of contact and delivering high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deal with customer queries via telephone and email including inbound sales queries, client bookings and service requests
  • Contacting clients who have submitted a cancellation to see what can be done to save the account
  • Responding to customer enquiries, taking ownership of a query to ensure it is resolved
  • Build and maintain good rapport with the clients you are working with
  • Deal with simple pricing and invoicing queries
  • Talk to our clients about additional services we can offer when appropriate
  • Logging and maintaining leads and opportunities on CRM

About you:

  • Ability to look for solutions, not problems

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1 year customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Well organised, you will be able to manage your time to ensure work is completed on time
