We are seeking a friendly and motivated customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities;
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services’ including pricing, features, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn about new products and services to provide accurate information.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills.
