Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £23,300 + £1,800 attendance bonus, to be reviewed in the New year.

AMK Hardware Ltd is the leading distributor of hardware to the door and window industry. Established over 40 years ago.

We are seeking a friendly and motivated customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities;

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products and services’ including pricing, features, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn about new products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills.
  • checking and processing customer orders.
