About the Role
Due to significant growth, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to join our existing who make and receive calls in our Leicester office. You will be office-based, and we’ll provide you with full training to ensure you’ve got all the tools for success. After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to:
- Build rapport with your customers on the phone.
- Take ownership of each call to maximise opportunity.
- Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs.
- Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service.
- Update databases with customer details
