Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Chester
Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 dependant on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

The Role:
This role provides proactive, quality customer service for all UK sales accounts by the effective handling of a range of enquiries from our customers. This involves fast and accurate processing of orders, inbound & outbound communications with added administration functions to support our company sales activities.
About you:
You must have an outgoing enthusiastic personality, be a good team player as well as the ability to work under your own initiative and work efficiently as part of a team. You will be expected to have good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst remaining flexible, friendly, and courteous at all times.
Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and strong organisational abilities is essential along with intermediate to advanced IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). You should also be highly organised in time and task management, good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under customer pressure.
You will specifically be required to answer a high number of incoming calls and perform sales support duties including providing product information to our customers and resolution of queries in relation to orders using the Salesforce CRM system.
Previous experience of taking 80+ calls a day and order entry experience within a Customer Services environment is essential, as well as excellent written and communication skills.
