The Candidate:
They are looking for someone who has 100% commitment to business efficiency and development. They must have the following:
- Strong demonstrable track record in service administration
- Used to a fast moving service/sales desk
- Must have previous experience in handling service engineers and customer’s requests
- Must have computer experience creating sales & service orders
- Conversant with MS Office programs. (especially Word & Excel)
- Good professional telephone manner and communication skills
- Team player
- Professional presentation
- Must be able to read, write and speak good English
