The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Customer Experience Co-ordinator to join our busy team based on the Chester Business Park. This is a permanent position offering a fantastic working environment and excellent staff benefits. Our working week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours. This role offers a mix of home and office working following an initial training period.
This role will look after our existing customers (hearing aid retailers), taking their feedback into account in order to improve processes and systems to enhance our customer experience. You will work closely with all teams within the organisation to help create amazing customer experience through service excellence.
About you:
It is essential that you have experience using Salesforce CRM, excellent IT skills with MS Office and previous experience working projects with a focus for continuous improvement in a customer service environment. You will need good call handling skills and experience of resolving customer complaints. You must have an outgoing enthusiastic personality, be a good team player as well as the ability to work under your own initiative and work efficiently as part of a team. This role will also assist the customer service team with call handling at busy times in addition to covering holidays and sickness.
