At Watford Community Housing we believe in working in partnership to transform our communities and change lives for the better. Our Customer Experience service is a crucial part of our success, supporting the business to ensure we can deliver on our ambitious plans and sustainability journey.
We’re looking for two experienced and commercially strong non-executives with a background in customer-facing roles and services to join our Customer Experience Committee (CEC). As a member of the CEC, you’ll play a central role in overseeing matters relating to the Group’s customer-facing services, including approving key policies, monitoring customer feedback, and ensuring the active promotion of membership opportunities and resident engagement.
