Customer Contact Advisor / Customer Service Advisor

Job Title: Customer Contact Advisor

Location: Bristol (BS4 3AX)

Salary: £18,000 per annum (pro rata)

Job Type: Full Time, 7 months fixed term contract (40 hours per week)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday between 8:00-18:00 plus Saturday mornings 8:00-12:00 on a rota basis

The Company is a multi-franchised motor dealer group based in Bristol. Due to increasing business volumes, they have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Contact Advisor to join our busy and friendly team located at St Philips, Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling, qualifying and directing incoming telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure customer calls are transferred to the relevant person and/or department and effectively take, record and communicate messages where necessary
• Basic administration tasks also form part of your daily responsibilities, including the management of digital enquiries and data entry

The successful Candidate will:

• Enjoy working as part team within a busy head office environment
• Be confident with IT systems and possess excellent telephone and customer service skills
• Have previous experience working within a high volume call centre environment would be advantageous, but not essential
• Have understanding of, or interest in, the motor industry would be helpful
• Promote professionalism at all times and be fully committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction
