The Company is the UK’s leading provider of environmental compliance and data management services, in the UK and internationally and they have an opportunity for someone to join the Data Management team as a Customer Account Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a portfolio of customers of various sizes
- Ensuring accurate information is collated and submitted as part of a multi-tiered service offering
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with your key contacts while also having a keen eye for detail and confidence to manipulate large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel and other software programmes
- Taking pride and responsibility in ensuring your customer accounts are managed to the highest standard
- Supporting the Data Management team to meet growth goals
- Identifying opportunities to increase service development
- Working as part of a team there can be busy periods where teamwork is essential and in the quieter periods you will have the opportunity to visit your customers
To be successful you will have/ be:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing large quantities of technical information
- Planning and organisational skills
- IT literate, with an emphasis on Excel
- Degree educated in a data or technical information focused subject (or equivalent)
- Full driving licence
