Role Overview:
They are looking for an exceptional CRM Administrator to manage the day to day activities of their CRM (Propertybase/Lightening). They’ve recently migrated to a new version of their Salesforce (Lightening) and need someone to take full responsibility & ownership of data handling to help them meet and exceed business growth targets. Working with a capable team, you will have autonomy to drive initiatives and support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the system administration lead and internal champion for their CRM (Propertybase) and maintain a library of up to date documents on internal systems (Salesforce & Google Drive)
- Manage the accurate upload of each unit and project on Sales Force
- Managing the accurate upload of projects, properties and images on CRM
- Utilise data to improve communication, reporting, customer journeys, business insights and business administration processes
- Manage CRM marketing automation, integration and maintenance of ESP applications (Email Service Providers).
- Manage data uploader for bulk changes and updates to the database
- Maintain CRM contact data records for their companies, overseeing data cleansing and initiatives
- Maintain and improve accuracy of data, working closely with the sales team to optimise processes and data handling.
- Provide support and CRM training to sales and support staff on an ongoing basis,
- Implement processes, ‘how to’ guides, resolve issues and interface with external support as required.
The ideal Candidate:
- Flexible & adaptive to varying needs, with the ability to prioritise tasks & workload
- Previous CRM experience is a must with good knowledge of Microsoft knowledge
- Passionate about analysing results
- Marketing experience is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work methodically and to deadlines
- Pro-active ‘do-er’, keen to roll your sleeves up and make big difference as part of their fantastic team
