The Role:
The Youth Justice Service is a multi-agency partnership service established under S.37 of the Crime and Disorder Act with the principle aims of reducing offending and re-offending of young people.
They work with children and young people on the periphery of the youth justice system to prevent them from becoming first time entrants, with those young people involved with the Police and receiving out of court disposals, and young people convicted in Court.
