Job type: Full-time. Permanent. 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role:
- Full responsibility for the administration of the Credit Control function for the University and College to include collection of tuition, accommodation, livery and transport fees payable by students in addition to charges to commercial customers.
- Liaise with external debt collection agencies as well as other University and College departments.
- Assist with administration of University Recurring Card Payment involving establishing and maintaining student payment plans.
- Prepare management information to enable effective monitoring of outstanding debt.
- Resolve any queries received via email telephone or face to face.
About you:
- Demonstrate experience within a similar credit control role, dealing with both personal and commercial debt
- You will have strong MS Excel and analytic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to critically review and evolve established processes
- Ability to remain calm in sometimes stressful situations
- Ability to work well within a team bit also capable of working independently
- Well-organised, able to prioritise and capable of working under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy
