Job Title: Credit Control Portal Administrator
Location: Congleton, CW12 1UW
Salary: £11.30 per hour.
Job type: 16 hours per week, covering an 11-month maternity cover
Fine Decor Wallcoverings Ltd is a leading Wallcoverings and Décor products supplier based in Congleton, Cheshire.
The business is now looking for a Credit Controller to join our Finance Team who will be working on our Portal Accounts on an 11-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.
Unfortunately, no visa sponsorship will be given and all applicants must have valid right to work in the UK.
The Role:
- Collation of query delivery documents
- Uploading of delivery documents to relevant portal customers
- Chasing of portal customer queries
- General administration of portal customer accounts
- Other adhoc duties to support the team
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic and flexible with regards to changing business priorities.
Candidates must have strong computer skills including Excel, have strong communication skills and have excellent attention to detail. Candidates must also be able to work on their own initiative both independently and as part of a team.
Good interpersonal skills are also required to deal with people at all levels both within the business and also with external suppliers and customers.

The position is required to start w/c 20th February 2023 for 11 months.
