Job Title: Corporate Security Officer
Location: Oxford
Salary: £13.00 per hour (Equivalent to £28,000 per annum)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (42 hours per week)
Role Overview:
The Company is currently looking to recruit multiple Security Officers to join their team working at their client’s locations based in Oxford. This is a full-time permanent position working on a roster covering days & nights and averaging 42 hours per week across two sites. In addition to this there will be a standby roster in place to cover sickness and absence.
This is a high profile and visible security role in a corporate environment that requires candidates with excellent communication skills, a professional approach and who are used to dealing with a variety of security tasks. Typical duties will include responding to fire and security alarms, patrolling, providing security support to employees, monitoring CCTV, escorting visitors and controlling access to the building.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Prior experience working within the security industry, preferably in corporate environments
- A valid frontline SIA licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection)
- Unrestricted right to work on a full-time basis in the UK
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience driving and a full UK driving licence
- First Aid & Fire Marshall training is preferred but not essential
