The Role:
This role sits at the heart of Crafted. As a copywriter, you will help to create and deliver accurate and appropriate content across a wide range of clients, helping to improve their brand presence and visibility in the search engines. You will support other areas of business in copy-related tasks such as setting tone of voice, creating editorial calendars, and more involved on-site content in line with business needs.
In this role, you will work closely with our Organic, Advertising, and Client Services teams. As an excellent communicator, you will positively contribute to the strategic direction of client accounts. You’ll be comfortable having direct contact with clients of all levels and other stakeholders to answer questions, provide strategic elements, with occasional support from more senior members of the agency.
There will be a need to prepare for and lead meetings with clients to confidently represent the Content service in front of existing and prospective clients. It’s important that you work well as part of a team, sharing ownership and involvement with wider work planning to manage the delivery of multiple projects across various departments to meet stakeholder deadlines.

What we need from you.
We are seeking someone with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You will have experience working in an energetic marketing environment, such as a digital agency or in-house, consistently delivering B2B and/or B2C copy. Experience with Copywriting best practice and using content management systems such as (Kentico, WordPress etc.) is desirable.
