Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Job Type: Full Time (41 hours per week), Permanent

About the company:
Koi Café is a new, high spec cafe built at our busy retail site Perfect Aquatics (formerly known as The Japanese Koi Company) in Henlow, Bedfordshire. Opening just over a year ago, join us during our growth stage. Subject to planning, new leisure based activities coming to site soon.
About the role:
This is a tremendous opportunity for a creative cook who wants to embark with us on this exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of the running of the kitchen, covering:
- Assisting with the menu and offerings creation
- Managing stock levels efficiently
- Liaising with council and licencing bodies when required
You will also be responsible for maintaining the health and Safety roles, alongside maintaining hygiene standards. You should expect a busy environment with weekend work.

About you:
