Job Title: Security Operations Coordinator
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00))
The Company is a provider of security, facilities & reception services are looking to recruit an experienced Security Operations Coordinator to be responsible for managing static rostering and alarm response services.
This is a vital and key business role designed to ensure continuity of service levels, excellent customer service and to ensure the smooth running of all operational activities in their business. You will be responsible for the rostering of all their sites, and for the workloads of around 250 employees across their portfolio.
This is very much a hand-on role and they are looking for someone who can get stuck in, handle the ever changing nature of security manning and who can ensure that their mobile and alarm response customers are well looked after.
Job Duties:
- Ensuring that manning levels are maintained to contracted levels at all times
- Planning for scheduled and unexpected absences and ensuring continuity of cover
- Management of a team of controllers & mobile drivers
- Performance monitoring & reporting in relation to attendance, patrols & response times
- General operational administration
- Management of keys, sensitive information and access cards
- Managing their patrol and alarm response customers and providing excellent customer service
- Management of CCTV systems
- Management of subcontractors
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with the security industry is preferred
- Experience in planning rosters, resources & people
- Excellent level of computer literacy including rostering systems & Microsoft office
- Ability to work to tight deadline and under pressure
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Flexibility to meet ever changing business needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding time management & attendance
- Experience in manning teams of officers & drivers
The successful candidate will be required to undergo standard background checks as per security industry requirements.
