Job Title: Content / Digital Marketing Executive – Flexible Working
Location: Solihull, Hybrid working (2-3 days required in the office)
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 negotiable, depending on experience
Job Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours, Mon – Fri, 08:30 hrs – 17:30 hrs)

The role:
Work within the Marketing team to support planning and execution of the sales-i content marketing strategy, with a strong focus on copywriting and all forms of written content. This person will ultimately help the team generate new business and nurturing existing customers.
Key target areas:
- Drive marketing content / campaigns that help generate new sales enquiries
- Help retain and engage current sales-i customers via relevant content
- To support fellow members of the marketing team with content requirements
- To positively influence agreed internal KPIs

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To be the first point of contact for written content and related marketing campaigns
- To deliver content consistent with the sales-i brand
- Co-ordinate and create engaging and relevant content including:
- Website content
- Blogs and guides
- Email newsletter and campaigns
- Social media content
- Press releases and award entries
- Case studies
- Trade association support
- To support the planning and organization of events and produce any related materials
- To monitor the quality of social media profiles and build social media campaigns
- Liaise with external/internal partners around paid for support/advertising
- Involvement in the wider range of outputs of the team
The Candidate:
- Minimum two years marketing environment experience.
- Professional marketing qualification preferable, but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Imaginative and creative writing skills, with the ability to identify and research relevant topics
- Excellent technical copywriting skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Thorough understanding of social media planning and scheduling tools
- Knowledge and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of marketing automation and HubSpot software
- Excellent project management skills, scheduling, organizing, briefing, prioritizing workflows and time management
