Moose Toys is seeking a Consumer Services Coordinator (German Speaking) to join our Team in Cornwall.

The Role:

Workdays: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 +Hybrid +Flexi. Please note that work over the Christmas period is required for this position.

Moose Toys are looking for an experienced Consumer Services Coordinator with German, plus English language skills, to join the Cornwall based team. We are keen to hear from those with excellent customer service and communication skills, outstanding attention to detail, a proactive approach and excellent IT skills.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Fluent English and German language skills are essential. Spanish skills are desirable.
  • Previous experience in an office-based customer service role
  • Communicates with clarity, expressing information and key points clearly
  • Establishes strong, positive relationships with customers and employees
  • Extremely IT literate (Email and Excel essential)
  • Excellent collaborator who relates to others in a confident and relaxed manner
  • Stimulated by working in a fast-paced office environment and delivering to deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accurate reporting
  • Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
  • Results driven, setting high standards for quality and customer satisfaction

  • Our contracts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break).
