Job Title: Complex Care Nurse
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week, on a rota basis – with occasional on-call on weekends.)
Job Type: Permanent, Full time

About The Role:
We are looking for a RGN (Registered Nurse) who will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of day-to-day running of the service and will lead in all aspects of nursing and clinical support for our service users.
Please note that a Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Complex care such as: tracheostomy, ventilation, suction, PEG, spinal cord, and brain injuries
- A valid nursing PIN (RGN/RMN), with a preferred minimum of 1 years’ experience
- Have a positive attitude towards improving Standards of Care
- Strong leadership skills and team working skills
- CQC legislation knowledge
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
