Job Title: Community Sales Executive

Location: Peterborough

Salary: £23,000 basic + Uncapped Commission OTE £46k

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time.

About the role:

We’re looking for someone who can embody the company and its values. You’re not just selling a product; you’re enhancing people’s lives online by providing the best possible broadband experience, for an affordable price. You’ll be able to sell on the door, sell on the phone, and, most importantly, someone who enjoys it!

You’ll be the face of YouFibre in the town, generating interest in the area before converting into orders. We have an excellent product that we, and our customers, are incredibly excited about.

Key duties:

  • Be the face of YouFibre in your area
  • Generating leads and gathering contact details
  • Carry and exceed your own sales targets
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Deliver companies KPI’s
  • General administrative and clerical duties related to role
  • Providing relevant feedback and information from your town to the team
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients

About you:

  • Able to work 5 days a week (Tuesday – Saturday)
  • Excellent awareness of the area
  • Face to face cold calling experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Mature and responsible attitude
  • Genuine passion for technology
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and deliver a great customer service
  • A drive for excellence and high attention to detail, a desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work with the flexibility required as a team member in a start-up
