Job Title: Graduate Commercial Sales
Location: Thame, OX9 3GQ.
Salary: Up to £25,000 with full benefits package.
Job type: Monday to Friday. Full-time, Permanent. Potential 2-3 days a week for final year graduates.

About you:
We are looking for graduates with a passion for the built environment to join our commercial team. We are open to considering people with a broad range of degree subjects, but would love you to be able to evidence a passion for working outdoors as well as being office based. We need to know you are numerate with great communication skills as our graduates are working directly with our client base, being the face of the business.
Although a Graduate who can work full time is ideal, for this role we would be happy to consider someone in the final year of their degree, looking to work 2-3 days a week while they complete their studies. It would be essential to then work full time as soon as you complete your exams and coursework.
The Role:
This role sits within our sales and estimating team – which is based in South Oxfordshire. For this reason, we are looking for someone who is based commuting distance from the office, although the role will involve visiting sites all across the South East. It is essential that this person has a full driving licence and likes getting out and about, and not just being stuck behind a desk all day! A lot of the training is on the job, and the first few months will involve a range of activities – from working directly on site with the labourers so that you can understand how the jobs you will price actually get done, to working with plans in the office to measure potential work and put together tenders and quotes to go onto existing and potential clients.
We can offer in role training, shadowing a Sales Manager, as well as ensuring you have all the appropriate H&S qualifications to keep you safe on site, and develop your management skills with opportunities to attain additional qualifications. We have a great history of nurturing and developing our junior staff, and most of our management team have moved up internally and progressed with us.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Relevant Undergraduate degree
- 5 GCSE grade C or level 5 or above (ideally including Maths and English)
- Evidence of an aptitude with numbers
- A self-motivated and reliable personality
- A full and clean driving licence
- Good communication skills
