About the Role:
We are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, to join our team as a Commercial Catering Engineer; with extensive commercial catering equipment servicing and repair experience, you will provide technical diagnostics, fault finding, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs to our customers, on-time, every time.
Duties Include:
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer support and experiences
- Customer facing position liaising with site personnel
- Installation, planned maintenance, and service repairs
- Fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Maintain vehicle, tools, equipment, and spare parts, to ensure operational efficiency
- Follow best practices, processes, and procedures
- Update systems and complete paperwork on-time
- Ensure SLA adherence to minimise customer downtime
- Support and drive continual improvement through OKRs and KPIs
- Ensure relevant health and safety regulation compliance
- Cross-functional collaboration with back-office teams, and suppliers, to ensure parity and increase understanding
- Provide services and support within defined area
- Create site surveys and conduct safety assessments

Working as part of a team you must be efficient and effective, highly organized, tenacious, fun, not frightened of hard work, and going the extra mile should be instinctive.
Skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- COMCAT 1, 3 & 5
- Technical understanding and aptitude for learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Full Driving License
- Safe electrical testing and isolation
Desirable:
- C&G 2382-15 (17th/18th Edition)
- CONGLP1 PD
- Combi-Ovens

- Comcat 2 & 4
- C&G 2079 – FGas & ODS
