The Role:
As a Commercial Administrator, you will provide effective administrative support and document control to the business in line with commercial guidelines, as well as providing administration support to the wider finance and corporate function. The role is both challenging and fast-paced and will require the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. The position is based at our offices in Ashford, Kent, and the successful candidate must live within a daily commuting distance of our Ashford Office. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
Skills:
- You will have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring administrative duties are completed within agreed timeframes to a high and consistent standard.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with SAP would be beneficial. However, training will be provided to the successful applicant
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong and reliable administrative skills
