Job Title: CNC Milling Machine programmer / Setter / Operator

This company is a family owned and operated business with a strong reputation for the design, manufacture and delivery of high quality thermoformed packaging for food, drink, pharmaceutical and gift markets.
Their service includes in-house design, prototyping and toolmaking; 24/7 manufacturing capabilities; warehousing space; and UK-wide next day delivery.
They are looking for a CNC milling machine programmer / setter / operator to work within its toolroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- The applicant will report directly to the Toolroom Manager and as well as using “Shopmill” to carry out basic 2D operations will also be required to use CAD software to design tooling components and create CAM plans to enable the efficient manufacture of those parts on Dugard CNC milling machines.
Key Requirements:
- The applicant should have Cad/Cam experience and be familiar with Siemens control, although not essential familiarity with thermoform tooling would be a benefit.
