Job Title: CNC Miller & Programmer
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £33,000 – £37,000
Job type: Full Time, Minimum 8 hours a day Monday to Friday, overtime available evening and weekends

The role:
The CNC Miller/Programmer is a permanent position at Genesis Precision, a company that has been established for over 20 years and is growing year on year based in Harston, South Cambridge.
Experience Required:
- Program online using Heidenhain/Siemans controls and offline using Feature Cam/Hypermill
- Be able to machine multiple types of material (for example stainless steel, brass, copper, plastic etc. but not wood).
- Preferably an apprenticeship in either tool making or precision Engineering, they need to be able to program on and off line (online is on the machine and offline is from a computer software using CAM software, feature Cam & Hypermill experience.
- No qualifications are required just experience in programming & setting the CNC milling machines, 3 axis machine is a must have and a 4 and or 5 axis machines)
- A good computer knowledge would be great as they do need to use a computer for parts of the job
The Candidate:
- Set and operate a variety of CNC machining centres.
- Be a strong team player with enthusiastic and positive attitude and good organisation skills.
