What we work with
- Troubleshooting and in-life support for solutions on AWS and Azure
- The AWS technologies we support, and use include but are not limited to VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, EBS, ECS, Lambda, Kubernetes, CloudFront, and ElastiCache
- The Azure technologies we support, and use include but are not limited to Cloud VM and Server technologies, ARC, Powershell, CLI, Backup, AAD, CDN, Lighthouse and ASR
- We also offer advice and consultation on Public Cloud compatible technologies and solutions such as CloudCheckr, MSP Backup, Druva, Checkpoint, Cloudflare
- We operate server-side with an eye to optimisation for front-end builds

How we do it
We will expect you to work with our IT partner, as an extension of our clients IT teams, supporting the implementation of, and ongoing day-to-day support of their Public Cloud services and solutions.
Our partner engineering team prides itself on their proficiency in:
- Technical Leadership – Providing overarching guidance and direction on BAU and project engagements to our clients and to more junior engineers. Identifying technical opportunities outside immediate area of engagement and responsibility
- Stakeholder Management – Drives and influences technical and commercial key contact relationships
- Architectural Delivery – Design, implementation, and management of solutions on AWS and Azure
- Multi-tasking – Focusing on one or more strategic customers to ensure effective delivery and support
- Strategic Planning – Understanding of how to identify business needs, problems, and risks
- Technical delivery – Hands-on involvement in delivering against customer project goals and timelines
- Best Practices – Setting an example for client and internal teams
- Public-Cloud and Industry Trends – Demonstrating an eagerness to stay abreast of new developments
What we are looking for
- 5 years experience working with AWS and Azure technologies
- Experience with architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting greenfield and / or migration projects using Public Cloud
- Automation and coding proficiency for AWS and Azure provider specific services
- Deep technical experience in the following competencies:
- Platform console management
- DevOps practices
- Systems Operations / Management
- Enterprise Architecture
- Infrastructure Design and Optimisation
- IT Security, Compliance, Cost-Saving and Governance
- Automation and System Orchestration
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer facing experience of a consultative and guiding nature
- Confidence in delivering upskilling training sessions
- Competence in providing advice and guidance within an expert community
