Job Title: Client Services Manager
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Duration: Permanent

We’re currently going through a period of rapid growth and as such we’re looking for an experience Client Services professional to lead the team in the performance of their day-to-day duties.
You’ll need to be an active member of the team working alongside other members as a first point of contact for both clients and colleagues but as team leader you will also be expected to ensure all client queries are dealt with in an accurate and timely manor.
Key duties
Team Leader duties
- Oversee the day-to-day function of the Client Service team
- Ensure all systems remain up to date, with all relevant logs updated daily
- Make sure the quality of service provided is maintained at all times
- Recognising incoming leads and assigning them to relevant Account Manager
- Assist the Senior Management team with the account management of existing clients
General Client Service duties
- Optimising and proof-reading client’s adverts
- Posting job adverts
- Resolving client queries, both over the phone and via email
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Filtering candidates for client campaigns
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience in a customer focused role, preferably B2B
- Prior experience leading a customer facing team would be beneficial
- Possess an excellent and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised
- Strong academic background
- Excellent IT skills (including MS Office), our product is digital so you will need to be comfortable using a number of systems
