Internally, we’ve just launched a new software, which has opened a door of opportunity for an experienced client services executive to join our team.
This isn’t a typical admin job; the company is going through a period of change and we’re on the lookout for a new skillset.
The role will be a busy and varied position and the successful candidate must have at least two years demonstratable experience working within a client services team. It’s essential that you’re proactive and positive. We’d also love to hear from candidates who have worked in a SAAS environment, are proficient in using multiple systems including CRM’s, outlook and excel and are confident maintaining and updating records on a daily basis.
Other skills that will progress your application are involvement in client facing tasks, such as: online demo’s, ZOOM meetings and face to face interactions. Plus, being technically minded and being able to provide solutions in a logical format would be extremely beneficial.
Main Duties:
- Setting up client accounts. A keen eye for detail and design is required as we customise accounts to each individual clients branding
- Assist in managing the on-boarding process and ensure seamless integration for clients
- Proofing and posting job adverts, a creative writer perhaps? You will be dealing with the full process of job postings from optimising adverts to ensure they reach maximum potential, to getting adverts live across the job boards for clients
- Speaking to clients over the phone – You should possess genuine and authentic communication skills
- Develop your knowledge of the products and services and respond to any enquiries received, in a manner that best suits the client’s needs
- Credit control duties which include prompting reminders on invoices and liaising with external accounts payable teams
About you:
- Must have 2 years’ experience working within client services, ideally within B2B environment
- Possess an excellent and professional telephone manner
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent IT skills (including MS Office) – Our product is digital so you will need to be comfortable using a number of systems
- Be confident working under pressure and to SLA’s
- An interest in, or some experience of, Digital Marketing and SAAS may be beneficial
- Conscientious when dealing with all stakeholders of the business
- A passion for learning
