Salary: £22,000 per annum

Job Type: Full time, but will consider part time. Permanent

The Company:

Lovetts Limited is an innovative market-leading Legal company that specialises in business debt recovery. We provide professional services across pre-legal recovery, dispute resolution, defended cases and commercial litigation. The office is spacious and modern and is based on the outskirts of Guildford, with ample parking and adjacent to the park and ride.

The Candidate:

Lovetts Solicitors is looking for an enthusiastic Client Services Executive to join our growing team. If you are proactive, have excellent communications skills, and enjoy helping people, then this could be the ideal role for you. The Client Services Executive will act as point of contact between Lovetts clients and our operational teams. While not a targeted sales role, you will often be a customer’s first point of contact and should be confident fielding new business enquiries and following up prequalified leads. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing team and provide support to other managers and staff members across teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering client enquiries via phone and email
  • Use telephone or internet to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet clients warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Advise on company information
  • Set-up/update/cancel accounts and day-to-day management of CRM system detailing all clients and prospects
  • Look for opportunities to sell Lovetts products & services, and inform existing customers of deals and promotions
  • Work closely with Marketing & Communications to ensure that professional customer services is being delivered
  • Support in sales & marketing activities, including speaking to clients, managing database, website and email content management, document building, social media posting, etc.
  • Support managers and members of other departments in looking after and helping existing Lovetts clients

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude, with a keen interest in helping people and working as part of a team
  • Well-presented, polite, tactful
  • Willing to learn new skills with the potential of developing into new roles
  • Strong IT, written, and numeracy skills
  • An understanding of modern communications platforms, such as email and social media
  • Commercially minded and service driven – ability to help the firm attract new clients and impress existing ones
