Formed in 1997, The Box Cleaning Company Ltd has grown steadily to become an established part of both the residential and commercial construction sector covering London and surrounding counties. We provide national coverage for one off contracts working alongside some of the largest national construction companies providing the complete cleaning service. We are also heavily involved in the commercial sector cleaning a variety of both new build and refurbished developments cleaning some of the biggest new build supermarket distribution warehouses along the way. We have a detailed management structure in place from Operations and Managing Directors through to Area Contract Managers then along to fully trained staff on the ground. We currently have 60 active sites all over London and surrounding home counties.
Job Overview:
- Cleaning of new build houses/apartments.
- Remove protection from windows, frames, kitchens and floors.
- Wiping dust from surfaces.
- Remove paint and glue residue.
- Window Cleaning and frames.
- Hoovering and mopping.
- Wipe clean bathroom tiles.
- Working hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm with a 45 min lunch.
Essential Requirements:
- Cleaning Operatives must have a share code/resident card.
Desired:
- CSCS Card.
